Leaving
Awhile back I didn’t want to leave ‘cause things were utter crap. And walking out when things are the worst never seems right.
More recently though I didn’t want to leave because it really seemed that things were finally back on track, finally going right again. Not that I’ve been happy, just that I’ve been heading back in that direction.

I woke up this morning far earlier than any man is meant to wake up. It was not a pleasant experience, but it happened nonetheless. Watching the East Coast come back to life on...
That being said thanks to two cups o’ Joe I’m still feeling pretty good. And I’m quite looking forward to my sunrise longboard trip into town. I’m not quite finished with everything, but I think finishing touches will be far easier after a spell spent with crisp air, vigorous exercise, and breakfast in my belly.

The good thing about getting six inches of snow in the middle of April: Once again everything is pretty and white. I like white. I like snow. It is nice and so much better than brown dirt and dead grass.

Laundry Room Complaints #1
In addition to the cafeteria at Canadian University College, the Lakeview Hall laundry room is also an area of concern. People here have no respect for anybody else’s belongings, and this is one of the places where it shows the most. Need a washer? Who cares if it’s full of somebody else’s stuff! Just take it out and leave it in a wet pile on the floor! Drier? Same deal! Be sure...

Today has been one of those days that reminds me to keep looking at the big picture. While the going is rough its so hard to focus on more than the day to day, but several exciting opportunities and a whole lot of introspection drew my eyes further down the road today.
